Billing questions

By card. There’s no automatic charge: the invoice arrives by email 7 days before the period ends, and you pay it by card.

You pay for 10 months and use 12. Start: $190 a year instead of $228. Pro: $490 instead of $588. Scale: $990 instead of $1,188.

Yes. On an upgrade, the new limit applies right away and you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in the period. On a downgrade, the change applies from the next period, and Lens warns you if anything on your current plan (like a teammate or a store) goes over the new limit.

Recording pauses until the month resets, unless you buy an extra pack of 20,000 visits. Order tracking keeps working.

Yes. No plan limits or charges by the number of tracked orders. What has a cap is visit recording, because that is what costs storage.

Cancel any time from the dashboard, without talking to anyone. The paid plan runs until the end of the period, then the account goes back to Free. Full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, as described in the refund and cancellation policy.

There is no time-limited trial: the Free plan never expires, needs no card and already shows the recording tied to every order. If you subscribe to a paid plan and it is not for you, you get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

US dollars on this site. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee if your card is not in USD.

Nothing is charged on its own. We email you, and the account keeps working normally for 7 days. After that, it goes back to the Free plan, and whatever exceeds the Free limits is kept for 30 days.

They follow the new plan’s retention. Recordings older than the new window drop out of the history. We let you know before the change applies.
