1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

In line with article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (purchases made away from the commercial premises, including online), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your FIRST paid purchase of Lens. We apply the same rule to international customers.

How to ask: write to [email protected] from your account e-mail. The amount is returned through the same payment method, subject to the processing time of your bank or card issuer.

2. After 7 days

After that period there is no pro-rata refund for the period already paid. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period and the subscription is not renewed.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard. There is no penalty or lock-in. After the end of the period, the account moves to the Free plan, or is closed if you prefer.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

• Upgrade: takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata charge for the remainder of the cycle.
• Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the paid cycle; the difference is not refunded. Data beyond the new plan’s retention is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

5. Pause

You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at no charge. While paused, the account is read-only. At the end of the period the subscription resumes or the account moves to the Free plan.

6. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we retry on days 3, 5 and 7. After a 7-day grace period without payment, the account moves to the Free plan. Data beyond the Free plan retention is kept for 30 days (it comes back if you reactivate) and then follows that plan’s retention.

7. Your data after cancellation

After cancellation or closure, data is archived for 30 days and then permanently deleted, with a notice 1 day before. Export what you need beforehand. Questions: [email protected].
